Run the talk

Rounded up my sustainability assignment for Dustin.

The past 6 months I have been helping them one day a week to make their sustainability commitments more concrete, empower teams and connect to innovative potential partners.

It has been interesting to see how an ‘IT reseller’ with circular ambitions (100%!) is ideally positioned to take their role in the value chain to steer impact across it. Setting high long term ambitions and making it part of integrated reporting is in place. Now it is about walking the talk with everyone and keep on running and learning where to improve scope 1-2 and 3. My advice and acceleration support was in that direction. I am convinced with all the smart and intrinsically motivated people of Dustin they will manage. It has been a great journey working for both the Dutch and Nordic team, different cultures and sustainability DNA, but because of that much potential in cross country synergies. Keep things moving and go for that European Most Sustainable IT Powerhouse:)
